Project Steve Guttenberg

I've fixed the links to the mailing lists - the mail for the projectsteveguttenberg.org domain name was moved to another server a while back, and I never bothered to fix the links and aliases. It can now all be accessed from lists.projectsteveguttenberg.org.

I have also closed down the psg-users list - there wasn't much traffic on it, but it required a lot of administration work to process all the spam that was sent to it. The psg-devel list is now the one to use.
